Abstract   The traditional method, cardiac catheterization, to evaluate children's pulmonary circulation i.e. to measure and to calculate the parameters, such as systolic, diastolic pressures of pulmonary artery and Total Pulmonary Resistance (TPR), is invasive. In this paper, a non-invasive evaluation system is put forward, which estimates the ratio of pulmonary to systemic pressure using audio Pulsed-Wave Doppler signal and ECG, and calculates those parameters automatically by computer.
